Flushing BID Raffle Event Disclaimer

By participating in the Flushing BID Raffle Event (“Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of Flushing BID are not eligible to participate.

2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Entry and Prize Details: The method of entry, prize details, and drawing date will be publicly announced. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substitutes.

4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided. If a winner does not respond within [X] days, an alternate winner may be selected.
